PERCEPATAN BIODEGRADASI POME (PALM OIL MILL EFFLUENT) DENGAN PENAMBAHAN SENYAWA NITROGEN DAN PHOSPHATE UNTUK MERANGSANG PERCEPATAN METABOLISME BAKTERI PEMAKAN MINYAK

Pendahuluan: Industri minyak kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu industri strategis, karena berhubungan dengan sektor pertanian (agro‐based industry) yang banyak berkembang di negara‐negara tropis seperti Indonesia, Malaysia dan Thailand. Prospek perkembangan saat ini sangat pesat, dimana terjadi peningkatan jumlah produksi seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat. Kelapa Sawit Merupakan Agroindustri terbesar ada diprovinsi Bengkulu. Luas Perkebunan Provinsi Bengkulu pada tahun 2019 seluas 208 627,11 H sebaran terluas yaitu Kabupaten Mukomuko 102 822,00 H. Hal juga diimbangi pembangunan Industry CPO (Crude Palm Oil). Akan tetapi sawi limbah pabrik atau lebih dikenal POME (Palm Oil Mill Effluent). Metode: Percepatan Degradasi dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan hasil effluent. Dalam penelitian memiliki tujuan mengukur percepatan biodegradasi setelah dilakukan intervensi pemberian Phosphate Nitrogen nilai COD, TSS, MInyak. Hasil Pembahasan: uji serologi menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi infeksi toksoplasmosis sebesar 58%. Infeksi kronis 62% pemilik sanitasi kendang kurang bersih 91% hygiene perorangan buruk. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan pemerikasaan kandungan COD Pada grafik 4.1 menunjukan adanya persentase tertinginya N5:P3 33,605% 19,203% terendahnya N1:P3 14,403% . N Menunjukan nitrogen P Phospate. 4.2 nya pesentase N2:P4 : 28,804% 24,003%
